• Absolutey not! We are more than happy to come out and meet with you for a no-obligation, free in-home consultation.

Q – How much does a typical basement renovation cost?

• Each basement is unique and so is the typical homeowner investment. To determine a price for your project the first step is to meet with us. Let us come up with a design for you and then we can give you a guaranteed price rather than an estimate that is based on incomplete information.

Q – What material should the deck be built with?

• With many options available today, we can help you with the decisions of what material or combination of materials will work best for your personal project. We are here to help you make an informed decision on materials giving you the deck you want while keeping your project on budget.

Q – What about references?

• We would be glad to provide you with the names of customers you can contact, as well as completed projects that you can visit. We would also like to invite you to our job site to see the work in progress.

Q – Are you insured?

• Yes, we are insured. We make sure that every project we undertake has the proper insurance coverage for the project and the employees so that you, the homeowner, can rest assured.

Q – Are you licensed?

• Yes, we are. License number available upon request.

Q – How long does it take to finish a project?

• All projects are unique in size and design. Most deck projects are completed inside a week; however, a larger or more complex project will run longer. We will give you a project schedule and we will finish within the that time frame.
